Intended Use
Aflatoxin M1 Quantitative Rapid Test Kit is a lateral flow assay that determines a quantitative level for the presence of Aflatoxin M1 in raw cow’s milk. This test is designed for rapid field use or daily control in laboratories.

Precautions
1 Adhere to the instructions for test procedures. Do not run more than 8 tests at one time.
2 Store test kits at 2-8?C when not in use, and do not use the kits beyond the expiration date.
3 Please don’t touch the membrane on the strips.
4 Remove the microwell sealer slightly to prevent the powder from being released from the wells.
5 The sample to be tested must be a homogeneous liquid that cannot be agglomerated, fermented, rancid precipitated, etc., and cannot be colostrum.
6 The sample should be thoroughly mixed with the reagents in the microwells to avoid foaming.
7 Avoid direct sunlight and direct blows during testing.
8 Do not reuse pipette tips, test strips, or microwells.
9 The unsealed microwells should be used within 1 hour.
10 Do not take tap water, distilled water, or deionized water as a negative control.
11 After incubation, be sure to immediately remove the sample pad at the lower end of the test strip and read the result within 1 minute because the color depth of the test strip will increase after drying, which affects the result.
12 The instrument must read the results using the accompanying reader and sample card slot.
13 This test method is just used for rapid screening purposes. If positive results occur, please verify them by a
quantitative method.
14 The components in this test kit have been quality control tested as a standard batch unit. Do not mix components from different lot numbers.
