Lincomycin is a narrow-spectrum antibiotic of the lincosamide class, which can inhibit the synthesis of bacterial protein. The bacteria have partial cross-resistance to this product and other macrolide antibiotics. Lincomycin may cause liver damage, allergic reactions and cardiovascular reactions. After being metabolized by dairy cows, it may remain in milk samples.
